Does anyone know the name of a late 70's early 80's movie, that had a women who brought home a voodoo bracelet which could bring you back at life. Her husband killed her and chopped her up, put her in the deep freeze and she came back to life? Her freezer paper wrapped head followed him up the stairs!! Please help I have been looking for this movie since Fritz the Night Owl went off the air!!!

Asylum (1972/I)
A young psychiatrist interviews four inmates in a mental asylum to satisfy a requirement for employment. That sounds like a skit in the Tales From The Crypt movie of the late 70's. I don't remember a voodoo bracelet in this particular skit. The man cut up the wife and wrapped her parts and after a while he heard stuff in the basement and found her body parts had gotten out of the freezer and was following him around.
The possible voodoo connection to this movie was the skit where a wife had bought a chinese monkey paw that was to grant three wishes. They had a son in the army and he died. The woman wished the son to be alive again. They brought the coffin to the house and he was alive and in agony because he'd been pumped full of famalgahyde [sic]. So she had to wish him dead again. I forgot the third wish.
