Why can't we all go to bed and have a good time there? No, I'm not suggesting we all get in the same bed! I'm talking about your own beds...

We're supposed to so it builds us up for the next day! Believe it or not it's one of the reasons parents put their children to pray at night! So, they have peaceful thoughts on their mind! I was a really happy child and teen! People thought I was on dope 9 out of 10 cuz I was so happy! I've lost that ability though!

Well why can't we? maybe because nothing good happened today or we let the bad stuff get to us and we can appreciate the good?

Some of "us" don't have a home to go to, nevermind a bed. If your life is nice that's great but remember there are people much less fortunate than you.

Because are minds do not go to sleep.So whatever it decides to do while we go to sleep we have no control.Although as mom would say when i was young so you would'nt have bad dreams is before you go to sleep think of happy thoughts then you would have good dreams!!!!!
