is there any way to use a bluetooth mobilephone as a t.v. remote?

consider the mobile is 6630(nokia) & a phillips 29" t.v.

ur tv need to have blue tooth enabled then only that is possible
these phone fellows cheat us by telling that we can use it as a remote
but u need the blue tooth to be activated in ur philips tv 29"
and then activate blue tooth on ur phone and now u can use
it but then it is complex yaar
i tried it out and i m sick
i just wasted my money
