Euler's formula is v + f = e + 2. This means that the number of vertices on a polygon added to the number of faces equals the number of edges plus 2.

But for a tetrahedron, v=4, f=4, and e=6, and 4+4 does not equal 6+2. So what is wrong?

Is a true statement. So the formula works.
