If you are a natural redhead, you are very special! Only 2-5% of the world's population is born with red hair, because red hair is a recessive genetic trait.
Being left handed is also not very common: between 8 and 15% of the population is left handed, but it is less common in women than in men. Are you of Eastern European descent? This is a population where there is a higher incidence of left handedness than in the general population.
There is a theory that pre-natal ultrasounds increase the likelihood of a child being left handed, but it's only a theory. You can read more here:

no but i do know that its hard to be red headed, and most people are right handed.
