The Aberdeen Moter Inn is the one I would pick:

a.) it looks nicer
b.)the location seems great
c.) it has a restaurant in it
d.) it has whole floors devoted to non-smoking rather than just seperate rooms
e.) it has a pool
f.) the website is easier to navigate
g.) there is a lot more information available about it

All in all, I'd rather stay at the aberdeen, so that's why I would pick that one to buy (there'd be more buisiness).

They both sound equally good, but since the first one is on the beachfront, I would buy aberdeen motor Inn.
