I have an older PC that has an Intel Pentium III processor, 647 MHZ and 128 MB of Ram, i am trying to figure out how much memory and hard drive space i have left? But i can't seem to find this within my pc's control panel. Where do i look for this?

Go to My Computer, if you have the icon on the screen, right click, click open, then when it shows the C drive, right click again, and click Properties, and it will show you a diagram..

right click on my computer
goto manage
goto disk management
you will be able to see all the drives with their disk space

right click my computer and select properties... theres your RAM
now open my computer and right click your C:\ drive, theres your hard drive space...
