what are the advantages and disadvantages of men and womens" equality?

I feel the advantages out weigh the disadvantages by a far cry. I feel the best advantage is that the more minds you have the better the decision making is, and in turn a better country. Men do need to be open to womens ideas, cause in reality, men don't always have the best answer. Women by nature are more nurturing, caring, sensitive, they show their feelings more then men do (generally speaking), so when it comes to a woman being a president...will she have the backbone to make a right decision? I feel that there are areas that ONLY men can and should do as well as women. If I had a daughter, I would not want her gym teacher to be a MALE, and vise versa, I would not want my son to have a female gym teacher. I feel it would be highly inappropriate to have a male gym teacher in the locker room to where he can see young girls taking a shower.
