Yes,

In the basement there are lockers for short-term and also a desk for long-term storage. It's under terminal 2 (the middle) of the airport.

Yes, that's possible. But the value of your luggage can not be over 681 Euros. There are lockers for short term use and long term, you'll have to sign an agreement for that.

I don't know about the airport but if you take the subway to the city you can rent a locker at the train station. They are really secure and you can rent it for a long time.
