What is your scariest nightmare you can remember?

Alright, so now you all know just how wacko I am *s*

I had a set of nightmares where the same guy (no, not someone I have known or ever met as far as I know) was a serial killer who was out to get me as his next victim. In the last one, the killer was somehow able to leave the confines of his body and possess other people and as it ended I was in a small restaurant with red and white checkered tablecloths and the killer possessed the grandmotherly lady who ran the restaurant, and as she approached I grabbed a plastic table knife off of the table nearest me (don't know what I thought I'd be able to do with it) and then I woke up

Although, oddly enough, the first dream I had of this being was the scariest. It took place in one of the houses I lived in when I was young. In the dream, I was in my room with this guy who had a huge knife, and was about to...I don't know...and then he told me that he would be back for me in a few minutes, and in the dream I understood he was going to try to do something to my brother. I don't remember quite what happened next in the dream, but I remember running straight from the room I was in and trying to run down the stairs and out the door, when I woke up.

A few months ago I dreamt that there was a ghost of some sort that was in my house. I was in my room and my children were watching TV. The ghost picked me up and started to try to drag me into the living room to scare my children. I kept screaming for him to let me go, I did not want my children to witness what was happening.I grabbed a hold of the doorframe and kept struggling.I woke up after that and my hands were clenched so tightly they hurt. I have no idea what that dream meant but it was by far the scariest and realistic dream I have ever had.

i don't know if it's the scariest, but i think it's one of the scariest i had lately.. i dreamed that i opened my mom's closet to look for something, then i heard a "no show" sound of a TV (the ssshhh sound just like in the movie 'The Ring') from the other side of the closet, knowing that i'm on the 2nd floor of the house and there's no other room behind it...

i have had plenty about being shot, being chased by technique of someone who had to kill me, being sexually assaulted, and stuff like that. too a lot CSI, i imagine. My maximum memorable nightmare, although, become at the same time as i become 3, and my grandma had merely died. I dreamed about diverse kinfolk turning out to be skeletons, or perhaps homes and trains turning out to be skeletons. on the grounds that then, i have continuously gotten a relax each and every time I see the blistered-out continues to be of homes. unusual that this dream has stayed with me for very almost 26 years. Edit: I had yet another one once, the position my husband and that i have been utilizing to Paris (we stay about 4 hours from there), and as we were utilizing on the autobahn, we talked about a guy on a bike get beheaded after going less than a semi. This brought a pair of wide twist of destiny, blood everywhere, and we only somewhat got here with the help of it. What become scary become how brilliant it become. It went with the help of us chatting with the polizei, and then declaring ignore Paris, enable's merely bypass abode, and then me speaking on the phone with my mom and telling her what had befell. The creepy area is that we were meant to bypass to Paris the subsequent day, and my dream become the merely correct straw in our decision to no longer bypass (the first and second were the seats contained in the motor vehicle being soaked from rain the evening earlier, and us merely being horribly drained).

That I was margarine and a giant sword was coming after me to cut me in pieces..... the scariest thing is that I was actually moving my feet in bed and in my dream I wanted to get up, I was fighting with my own dream.... When I woke up I was exhausted!

I have horrible nightmares about Michael Myers (from the Halloween movies, not the actor). He's always chasing me and no matter what I do to kill him he never dies. I always wake up screaming from them!

I was in my room with my sister and all the sudden it felt cold and the door opened really fast and as if something grabed my legs and it started dragging me out the door and in the same time cold air was hissing really loud like a ghost and i was crying really loud trying to hang on to my sisters hand and it pulled me hard out the room and the door slam shut and i was trembling really hard and i felt like something was in my body and i was crying and thats when i woke up crying and shivering.

Twenty years ago when I dreamt I was in purgatory. I knew it wasn't hell, but I was in a place where it was damp and cold and dark, and people on the floor were crying and sobbing. I felt so afraid. Then I woke up.

I dreamed that Michael Jackson kidnapped me and was going to force me to be his slave and I tried to escape but he turned into a bat and carried me to his castle and kicked out all the little boys lined up to get in and said he was going to fulfill his lifelong fantasy by chewing off all of my fingernails but then my sister got me out of there. I was so scared I woke up sweating.
