Yes, it sticks. If it is a heavy rain, it gets soggy and drops off.....eventually. Once wet and dries, it will fall off and decompose.........on the neighbors lawn then they get upset.

Yes! The toilet paper will stick. If you have ever washed your clothes, and left a piece of tissue in your pocket, you would notice that it gets all over your clothing and it also rolls into a ball.

Here, in Auburn, Alabama, after each winning football game, it is a tradition to go to what we call "Toomer's Corner"--in the heart of the town--and roll toilet paper all over the trees. It works! We do it every time after a winning game. Don't let my Avatar name fool you. I live in Auburn now, but was raised in Indianapolis, so I say, "Go Colts," and, "Go Tigers," as well!

Yes toilette paper sticks to trees very well. However, it disolves quickly when very damp or wet and the beauty of you work will quickly disappear.

Have fun.

it definitely does stick when wet.
thus tp-ing someone's house before it rains is probably one of the worst things you can do cause it's impossible to remove. but it does quickly fall apart and dissolve, that's why you can flush it down the toilet
