Did you use the USB cable that came with the ipod?

Do you have iTunes installed on your computer?

Go to www.download.com. Download a program called iDump. It will allow you to pull the songs from your iPod. You can do a search for iPod related programs too.

Open iTunes and go to your ipod section where you will find your songs. Click on each song ans drag it over to your library.
