Ok so it is like this, my mom went psycho, and I was talking to my school counselor about it and she though it was enough for her to call FIA, so she did and this lady placed me with my aunt and uncle...they constantly fight and I feel as if it is just like home, so I found a lady who wants to take me in and I want to go with her so I called FIA back but when I talked to the lady that dealt with me the first time she was rude with me and wouldn't hear what I had to say, and because I called them they re-opened the case and declared me as a ward of the state...but my uncle, a cop, told me that was going to be fixed real soon. I don't know what to do because my aunt has stopped all contact with the lady who wants to take me in, and is constantly telling me that I am not going to live there... I feel trapped.

It means the legal responsibility has been taken away from your parents concerning you. Is the family that you live with your foster family? If so, the state placed you with them, and you are their responsibility. You can not just leave. If you are not happy, talk to your social worker to see if you can get things worked out.
