Moscow? They owned a political magazine in Yugo or Czech, a political one and they were speaking against the present leader Putin? Where is Gorbachev? Is he in hiding?

Gorbachev's partner was a Lady/Woman a prominent woman in Journalism and co-owned the political magazine. They had just published an enormous amount of protest to Putin's policies and Russia. Supposedly they had uncovered an involvement with the present day terrorism we have suffered and a synoposis on his future plans of covert activities in the middle east and specifically in their allied country of Turkey as well as all the others. However 2 blocks away from her apartment in Moscow she was assassinated. And of course we know nothing else. The news media is playing this one quiet when it could be the key factor. Supposedly there was a link of investments concerning the Bush administration with arms and support either prior to the 9/11 and or now? That was the secrets as well as rumors? Now she is dead I wonder where he is?? hmmm?

I honestly wish the media didn't just drop this like a rock. I had heard that the man who was assassinated was involved in oil trades of some sort and was looking to make some changes or spread some information that... well, that someone else didn't want spread around. Though, I'm not sure if that was just a rumor?

Putin is one evil man. Can't say I would blame Gorbachev, but I doubt that is the case. Nobody would be so foolish to mess with Gorbachev since he is such a public figure.

I'm sorry I don't know the answer to your question, but just wanted to say how refreshing it is to read something other than the garbage that is usually tossed around on Y!A Politics!
I hope Gorby is ok; I kind of liked him.
