Okay, so in my previous questions I was aksing how I could get the guy I like to like me back, & then I was wondering if his actions were igns of homosexuality, then if he was messing with y head by being nice to me after months of ignoring me.
Now I need to know, is he only being nice to me to make me feel better about myself, or is he actually trying to be my friend or something?
Since Thursday, he's been saying hello to me and smiling at me every tme he notices me walking by at school, only somethings making me suspicious- when he smiles, he doesn't smile like he normally would; he smiles at me like I'm a retard..and he constantly says hi. I appreciate the attention (although it's not very much) but I feel like his kindness fake..like he's merely mocking me because he knows I have a crush on him. His best friend (lets call him Charlie). also knows and in sixth hour today, we were sort of arguing of whether or not the guy I like hates me or not. "Charlie" says he doesn't

... and I think he does. I mean seriously...yesterday they were both being nice to me, comlimenting my clothes, my hairdo, and I feel like they were only doing that to make me feel better about myself.
I really hope that the guy I like isn't just mocking me..and that he really is trying to be nice, but some part of me is saying he's just fake. His forced, toothpaste-commercial-like smile is really making me susupicious. He waves at me ALL THE TIME. He doesn't feel the same way I do; I know this for sure, and I now understand that I can do nothing to change that, but I'm okay w/ just being friends. Thats when i'm getting confused- I feel like he's just being mean and mocking me.Please help. Here's mainly what he does:
*Smiles like he's shooting for a toothpaste ad (you know- HUGE smile...almost fake-looking.)
*Waves at me ALL THE TIME when he sees me.
*When he smiles and waves...he says :Hi, Ginger!!!" Almost like he's exuberantly happy to see me.
*Never really says anything but "Hi"

I don't mean to sound repetitive, but- is he only mocking me about my crush on him? I feel really kind of pissed off at him because I have this weird strong feeling that he's just being an *** about this. I really need some help...I like this guy a lot, and I'm okay / being friends, but I just need to now if he's just being fake about this.

well, it cud mean that he's too shy to admit that he likes u n he doesnt want u 2 get the idea that he hates u or dont like u...
just give him sum time....
if he likes u... sumday he'll come forward n ask u out of hang out with him or sumthing
so ya... be patient...
n always smile n make sure he knows that u r approachable....
but not that easy to get.. he mite lose interest if he thinks ur easy to get...
so ya get 2 kno hims sum more n b friendly...
flirt with him AND other boys so he wants u even more cuz hes thinking that he's not the only boy in ur life...

Some times teenage boys are just as scared as you, In highschool i had a crush on a boy, and only later did i learn that if i had just came up and told him sooner ( even though he knew it) , He might have went out with me. So maby he just really wants you to get the courage to tell him to his face that you like him, but please dont let it hurt to bad if that isnt why he is acting so, your young you have a lot more guys out there to like befor you find mister right. I think I would just accept his courtesy of a smile and a hello and return the courtesy rather than trying to analyze it. No relationship goes anywhere or is lasting that doesn't first start with friendship

Beleve the guy. I tell my best friend(whos a guy) every thing. when i want him to get rid of a guy for me i just tell him and he says what he needs to. Thats probably whats going on.

He's probably just buggin you.. it doesnt mean that he doesnt like you .. but by the sounds of it .. he just wants to be friends ... don't worry yourself over it ..
