Any guys had that done? How do they do it? and how long does it hurt?

Okay. Yes it hurts. And be careful you don't pierce the urethra where the urine passes through or you will be peeing out the hole of the piercing.
Here is a true story. Was camping with a group. One guy had a Prince Charles, (has a loop on it). He put on his boots in the tent and laced them up and crouch walked to the doorway of his tent. THen he stood up and stretched in the bright sun....and screamed and fell to the ground. His piercing had caught on his boot hook and standing up, it pulled out through his penis. He bled and bled. We called an ambulance, and he required major surgery to fix his ripped open penis.
So NO i don't recommend it.

It depends on the area.
The frenum, from what I've been told (I don't have a penis lol) isn't painful at all. The frenum is that little flap of skin under the head.
Jacobs latters (up the side) I've heard are painful, as well as prince alberts and ball piercings.
It just depends what area you get pierced.

I am not picking. Just now remembered the brother from Rat Race who pierced his own tongue and then was talking stupid through most of the movie and his tongue got all rotten looking.

How long would you have to go without sex until it healed? If you get an infection it would be devastating. Maybe get a clip on earring and hang it down there for fun.

Hmm , well my cousin had that done, and yes he said it hurts like Hell, but the girls like it, or that is some like it, and some dont. Goodluck.

You can get an infection and your pecker can fall off.
