easy-take the cereal. You didnt say that it had to all be eaten at once, and could eat some later. The rest can all die if they really had to. Life can be cruel at times, and it is survival of the fittest after all.

I would choose the milk you can live three weeks without food but only three days without water and some form of hydration is better than nothing.
