If my ex-husbands die before I do, would I be entitiled to receive their Social Security Benefits? The first marriage lasted seven years, while the second one lasted for eight.

not for the 1st one because you remarried but probably for the second providing you do not remarry.

You can not receive benefits as a divorced widow unless you were married for ten continuous years. If the second marriage ended due to death rather divorce than you could as long as you do not remarry before the age of 60. This is assuming you have no minor children under the age 16. Then the guidelines changes. They had to have at least have 40 credits of work history equivalent to 10 years of work in most cases.

I believe if you do not remarry after your last one then you only have rights to the second husbands social security BUT if you are divorced you may not have a right to it at all but i am not sure... Contact and attorney and find out.

I think you're only intitled to #2's SSI, because you remarried you cancelled out #1.

If either of your ex husbands remarried after you their wives would be entitled not you .. and thank god for that.

1st husband...Only if you had children.
2nd husband..If you had children...or if you were married for atleast 10 years and you are 60 years old.
