I've had this lump/cist on the top of my right eyelid for 2 years and the same doctor keep telling me to wait until it heals but it seem to never heal. He gave me two choices as to undergo surgeory and get a scar or leave it there.
I can't stand how I always have to cover it under my frindge. It's purple colour and looks a little swell.

I DON'T want to have a scar after i go for surgeory. I'm afraid that it'l never go away.

Should I wait and see if it goes away or should I go for surgeory?

I'd say go in for surgery. Would you rather have a cyst on your eyelid or a small scar? I have a scar on my eyelid from a cut when I was little and now, almost 20 years later, you can barely see it and that is only when my eye is closed. If it has been there for two years and you have to style your hair around it, I would have it removed. Also, if you do end up with a scar, you can always use eye make up to cover it up!

Well what does your doctor suggests? If you can cover it up now then dont bother to spend money on surgery. But if its too but too visible then take your chances! Good Luck and Pray a lot! that will help !

maybe you should see another doctor, if it is growing larger that could be bad, have you tried using liquid eyeliner that may hide it better,if its not hurting I WOULD WAIT A LITTLE LONGER ,JUST KEEP A CHECK ON IT .

maybe you need to get a second opinion from another doctor and see what he says
