My landlord /apartment manager has it in for me because i complained to H.U.D. about a problem . The manager is the wife
who knows nothing about office work and her husband is the
mainteance man who does the office work and knows nothing about mainteance work . He is a convicted felon, she stole a bunch of money from the state tax payers and he took the blame for it , my guess is that he could not be hired as manager because of his record and I think they are afraid that me are someboby is going to turn them in .people with criminal records are not allowed to live in the apartments should they be allowed to live there much less work there, Is it legal .

Can he sue you? particular, you could sue all of us. Will he win? that's as much as the choose. whether, because of the fact that he gave you WRITTEN word to be out by skill of four/30, he would not have a case. basically deliver the letter with you. to boot, i think of the choose could see that he became getting returned at you for the lawsuit.
