this is difficult, I find the three of them are angry frustrated men. I can not pick one

Nobody could be worse then O'Reilly. Maybe the liberal geek with the glasses on the other cable network. But he's like the "anti-O'Reilly" (no, I don't mean Colbert. That Oberman guy? Whatever his name is. Who cares).
All these guys are jerks because they get paid to be jerks. The worst of it is they're really committed liars and the people who watch them don't understand that.
By the way, the only real News personality of the three is Brit Hume, and he's just dull.

Bill O'Reilly and Sean Hannity are Commentators and editorialists, not "News personalities". Their shows are about their opinions, not about bland reporting of news.
You simply hate them because their shows get good ratings and they disagree with your frame of beliefs.
I, on the other hand, would call Al Franken the worst commentator ever. His "Air America" squandered millions of investors' dollars and couldn't muster 1/10th of Hannity's or O'Reilly's ratings.
