You do have reason to worry.

First, that tank was already crowded before you added the new fish. A pair of Discus need at the very, very least a 55 gallon to be comfortable a bit more.

Discus are cichlids and like other cichlids are territorial, you might move around any decorations / plants to help break up territory lines and see if that helps at all.

Sorry to say it but the best thing to do is get the new fish in another tank and start saving up to get a larger tank for your other two discus. Of course, if you got a 70 - 90 gallon tank and moved all of then in at once, the territorial problem would probably go away.

The other issue is the fact that the first two might not be as young as you think and may have formed a mating pair, in which case most any other fish will be bullied.

Sorry for the bad news parts, but best of luck to you.

I always find it best when adding new fish to a tank to rearrange the tank first, move the decorations, rocks and plants around the tank. This way territorial fish will not feel that their territory has been invaded. It may not be to late to do this now.
