You want to subscribe to the CHEAPEST ISP so you can access the internet. Once you get on, you can have a different ID with different ISP. But do not pay for two services, it is a waste of money.

Again you only need the cheapest means to get on the internet.

Why do you think you need two internet providers? You only need one to get on the internet.

Are you confusing this with two different e-mail addresses? If so, I'm sure your current provider allows more than one account - our does. Even Yahoo allows you to have more than one Yahoo account - which I do - one for correspondence and one for searching and online purchases. This way I keep my correspondence address pretty free of SPAM and junk.
