I don't mean Helener Steiner Rice or anything complicated. I just want to hand-make my own cards and I am stuck on the type of wording for the greetings inside.

That should get you started :) Most of them are crafty type phrases like for signs, etc... But there will be some usable card phrases amongst the mass.... Have fun!

Try visiting the Hallmark website and looking at their e-cards for ideas. They have really funny ones and regular ones....basically one for every occasion...of course b/c it's Hallmark!

i collect little miniature quote books for that and they are also great for scrapbook pages..you can find them at book stores,gift shops and newsagents.:)
