I remember having a serious illness when I was around 12-13. I ran a high fever off and on for several days. I remember at times the sense that things were getting louder and louder as though they were going to run over me. It was strange, but I still remember it, and I'm 48 now.

When I had fevers as a child, I sometimes could not tell if I was awake or asleep and dreaming. The things in my room looked weird too. (It's hard to describe! lol)

no, just the opposite. I remember as a child haveing a fever and everything in the room was HUGE, even my light.

Many times when you have a fever you get hallucinations because your body temperature is so high your brain and body sort of malfunction.

Yes by golly and I also hallucinated that there were flying horses, a wrecking ball was smashing my house, and also, I was screaming for my mom yet she was holding me the entire time. It was freaky! Its weird that I can remember that, my mom sure does!

YES!!! I thought I was the only one! And wild things on my bedroom wall. I never told my parents. I've never tryed to tell anyone else either!
