I wish for it every day, unfortunately we have those people that have let greed power and wealth govern their lives for more, as long as we the people continue to demand the lifestyle we want, the killing will never stop, just the demand for oil creates violence around the world, the middle East, and the western world will never come together and unite peace, the Islamic world has been killing one another for hundreds of years it's a way of life to them, and it's not going to stop in your lifetime or mine, world peace is literally thousands of years away I'm sorry to say.

It would be more than nice for the world to become United.
It is a dream, but a nice thought to hold on to.
The only thing we can do is work toward peace one day at a time, little by little.

THIS IS WHAT CHRIST IS ALL ABOUT WITH SALVATION FOR THE WORLD
1Cor.15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming. 24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. 25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. 26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. 27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him. 28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.
1Cor.15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
The heavenly for the new heavens and the earthly for the new earth. 2Pet.3:13;
Rev.21:1-5; Isa.65:17; 66:1,22;

Yes. Often. It would be nice if we started by leaning more on diplomacy than on military force. Less expensive, too :-)

Yes. What's your point? As far as everything goes, nothing will change until Jesus Christ comes and saves us.
