When you got a job offer, what benefits are a must to you? And what are nice to have?

AFFORDABLE healthcare that doesn't cost 3 weeks paycheck to pay for, good pay.. a good boss..one who doesn't treat u like crap and acts .like ur opinions and suggestions are valuable. and that u are valuable (GL WITH ALL OF THAT).. vacation pay, OVERTIME.

Definitely good health care insurance is a must! Also I like if a corporation has a good retirement plan or 401k.

Paid sick time and vacation time are almost a given in the business world, so I don't worry about that.

Health benefits are a must. Nice to have a decent pay.
But sometimes you would have to do some sacrifices.

I would say most important is health benefits,then sick/personal days,then vacation.

401 k,stock options,insurance (most important)..but first work on that paycheck!!
