When I was your age, and a little younger at the age of 12. I used to shovel snow from side walks in the winter time. This was in Kansas City. I charged .50 cents for my efforts. Very few people said "NO!" At the end of the day, I would make between $4.00 and more. Of course, as a young man I was only cold but not fatigued. Your in Colorado. Plenty of snow there. I must remind you, this was 40 years ago and a lot of money to a little kid.

I don't know about your state, but in Michigan you have to be 15 to get a work permit.
