1mole of any element is 6.02*10^23 particles

there is one mole of Cl in KCl, so you will have 6.02*10^23

now you have 2 mole of KCl, so you will have 2*6.02*10^23 = 1.204*10^24 particles

thus you have 1.204*10^24 particles of chloride ions
