First off please rewrite your question a little bit clearer. 10x means that you have a ten times concentrated solution of TAE in the same volume of normal (1X) TAE. 10X TBE is the same idea. TBE stands for Tris-Borate-EDTA, you make it from Tris, boric acid, and EDTA. TAE thus stands for Tris, Acetic Acid, and EDTA. The last part of your question is completely unintelligible, please take the time to write it properly so that someone can understand what it is exactly you are asking. It is ok to use the normal english and grammar when online.
