Hiii it would be around Rs 50,000/- for the brands specified by you. However i think acer notebooks are available for about Rs 35000/-

There is an HP Compaq Presario Laptop with modest specs and a PC magazine "editors choice" award on sale at bestbuy for $549, It is also Windows Vista Capable, for an upgrade down the line.
