how to prepare 10X TAE buffer, what mean by 10X , what 10X TBE need 1M tris ,0.9 boric aicd,and 0.01 EDTA?

10x means that its concentration is 10 times bigger than the working concentration (the concentration that it should have when you are doing the electrophoresis)

Each time you want to run a gel you have to dilute some of the 10x solution 10 times.

10.9 g Glacial Acetic acid
20 mL of 0.5 M EDTA adjusted at pH=8.0
water up to 1L

10x TBE (1L)
108.0 g Tris Base
55.0 g Boric acid
