Who are the most stupid people on earth? Ignoring the obvious Subject/Verb agreement issue everyone is commenting on, I would have to say that the most stupid people are the people who accept there stupidity. The people who lavish in their ignorance and fault others for pursuing knowledge have got to be the "stupidest". lol

Yammering teenage girls. Particularly the ones who always get on the train with me and manage to sit right behind me and refuse to shut up for the next hour. They seem to think their social lives are just fascinating ("my mom is taking me to the mall tonight!") and that everyone wants to hear about how Bobby from down the street stuck his tongue in Mary's ear and "it was just, like, sooooo gross!!"
Oh, and then there are the douchebag business men who carry on loud cell phone conversations that include credit card and social security numbers being said out loud. I hope at least one of them gets their identity stolen.

It's all relative. For example, if you just look at the answers these people are posting, it shows that they all have different ideologies and beliefs. Liberals would bash "Fox News watchers", George Bush, and those who voted him in. Conservatives would bash liberals. Christians would bash non-Christians, and racists would bash other races. So there really is no actual answer.
