First take pre-med required courses. Get accepted into medical school (4 years) and do an internship (1 year) and go for a residency in that specialty and pass your specialty boards. Best talk to an OB/GYN doctor.

My mother is an OB/Gyn so I have so background about this. First, you need to go through the pre-med route as an undergrad. This means General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry I and II, Biology I and II, and Physics I and II plus classes like biochemistry, genetics, etc. Of course you would have to take all the other college required courses.

After that you would have to take the MCAT (kind of like the SAT for doctors) and get a high score along with a high GPA to get into medical school. Typically medical school would take 4 years.

After that you would have to do residency where you learn about the different medical fields. This would take about 3 years. After finishing your residency you would need to do a fellowship which would take another 3 years or so.

I am sure an OB/Gyn at a local hospital or clinic would be willing to help you further down the road.

Check for colleges in the area, that offer majors in medicine. Im pretty sure you may have to go to medical school(4 more years of college) just to learn about medications and medicine.

just call those schools and make an appointment with a counselor, thats what I did two years ago, and now im 2 yrs away from a Bachelors in accounting.
