I am an English major with a few publishing credits under my belt and am a (newly minted) staff writer for my community college's newspaper. I love writing and want to become a better writer, which is why I want to get into Yale's writing program, or go to Harvard. Both have been life-long dreams of mine and I've been busting my rear since getting out of the USMC last year.

Any one who goes to either Yale or Harvard and know's about the writing program at Yale and Harvard's writing programs?

Thanks for any help.

This site provides rankings and in depth information about particular areas of study. It is nice to see a fellow Marine using their GI Bill. I finished my Bachelors last year and am trying to get into a good MBA program. Good luck to you as these schools are very difficult to get into.

I can't offer any real help with Harvard or Yale, but you should definitely do some research into the Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University, in Athens. It's one of the top five journalism progams in the country.
