yes...because men can have breast cancer just like women....not as common, but it can happen.

Anybody can get breast cancer; it's just not as common in men as it is in women. I don't know if the female hormones that a transsexual takes to create breast increases their chances or not.
I do know that breast implants make it harder to diagnose breast cancer.

Yes, and the incidence is about the same as for women. One of the main hormones stimulating breast cancer cell growth is estrogen. MtF transsexuals take estrogen as part of their HRT (Hormone replacement therapy), so are as at just a great a risk.
