You can use elastic thread, and take very fine stitches in the inside of the neck (where it won't show). Without seeing it, I can't tell if this would be worth your time or not. If it's not badly stretched, it should look ok. If it is, it'll look ruffled, which may not be quite the look you're wanting.

My husband has had some wal-mart sort accepted under armour shirts for 3 years now and that they have yet to stretch. they're plenty extra cost-effective than the actual sort call. i might think of the actual under armour is purely as resiliant if not extra. My husband hates stretched out necks, too.

go to a professional, or much cheaper try to sew it on your own. But if you do, it just look wierd!
