hi there my question i have completed diploma in electronics and communication and passed out in 51%?

currently working in a bpo for the past 3yrs i want to complete my grauation cos i completed my diploma after 10th.i am unable to build my future with the qualification so pls guide me.also i want to work abrod, any couses with i can do which will help me

Try AMIE or Grad IETE. You can learn about these exams from teachers in engineering colleges. They make you equal to a degree holder.
