No, not on the mainland, only in Iceland
Check out this article (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scandinavia) and this image (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Scandinavia_location_map_definitions.PNG) for a map of the Scandinavia region. By the strict definition the countries in red compose Scandinavia, the orange countries are only considered part of the Nordic region. So Iceland isn’t properly part of Scandinavia

From the Wikipedia article on Plate tectonics: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Continental_plate.
Volcanoes are found on the edges of the Continental Plates. Iceland, which is due east of the Scandinavian region, is on the border of two plates so it is tectonically active; another words it can have earthquakes and volcanoes. Instead it has hot geothermal vents (which is what makes Yellowstone famous) where deep in the Earth lava rises into the crust and hits pockets of water creating steam. By channeling this steam the Icelandic government is able to heat all the houses and buildings there.
Scandinavian is deep inside the Eurasian plate so it is very stable. So what carved those famous Fiords? The same power that carved the Grand Canyon; water.

Iceland is rife with volcanoes. It's actually hot molten earth close to the surface that keeps iceland so warm.

Yes, I believe Iceland has a few active ones. I don't know about the mainland countries though.
