Well, the next time someone makes fun of you for not hating her, ask them if they know her. If they don't, they shouldn't have much of an opinion then. You should only base an opinion if you know all the facts. As for disliking someone, that's fine, but hatred needs a stem. If you don't know them, why would you hate them. I personally don't find anything wrong with her. However, the image she portrays is not a pleasant one. So, ask those people exactly why they hate her, and then call them on it. I'm sure they won't have anything relevant to say.

There are certain people (celebrities and regular) in this world that I dont like, but I dont expect other people to follow my train of thought. It is important as a human to have your own thoughts and ideas and screw what other people think (as long as those thoughts ideas dont hurt other people). I dont like Paris, but I dont have a problem with people who do. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Next time someone makes fun of you for liking her, tell them to "get a life and to find more important things to worry about besides who you like".

She's one of those annoying celebrities who never really did anything to deserve her fame and she's more of a trademark for an attitude than anything else.
I guess that bothers some people more than others.
I don't hate her either. I have better things to do with my time than to hate (or love) celebrities and more important people in my life to worry about.
