i want to go out of state to college for bout 20000/ year im at UC now?(outside of ohio)?

i need the 20000 to include extra charges for out of state tuition and housing...i wanna go somewhere fun for example new york but not there

Go south...florida or texas are insanely fun. And their athletic programs are top notch right now...thats always fun
