well i know two ways. the first one is by inplants. the second one is not that the man wanted breast but he got them anyway. this genetic disorder is called klinefelter where the male has two XX chromosomes and one Y chromosome. becuase the normal kereotype carries one x and one Y for males the male will grow to be normal but the other kereotype with twoXX chromosome and one Y makes it impossible for him to be normal. the symtoms are breats enlargements. which means he will begin to grow breast. because he has more female information than male. X belong to female and Y belongs to male. but he has two XX which out weighs the Y chromosome. he will also have a smaller testicle 2 centimetres pole to pole. his pubic hair will also start to grow like a female pubic hair. he will have less hair on his body. no facial hair.no body hair. he will also be very tall. will long hands and feet. he will not be able to father children, which means he will be infertile. the only way he would be able is if he got treatment which is called hormone treatment to help him produce sperm like the normal kereotypes(males) the treatment is hormone treatment which helps him to grow facial hair and have features like the normal male should have. those are the only two ways i know. klinefelter is not a sex linked trait. because klinefelter males cannot produce children even when they get help from the hormone treatment it is possible but has never happened. sex lnked means passes down from the dad to the son. this disorder is genetic which means the cells in the body.
hope this has helped.

Gynecomastia, the condition that causes men to have boobs can happen depending on a number of factors. If a man's family have men that have men-boobs, then there is a chance that he may develop them too. Some scientists think that men may be developing gynecomastia as a result of the artificial hormones that are getting into the American diet. Lack of testosterone or excess estrogen, and most cancers can contribute to man-boobs as well. Men can have the excess breast tissue removed or liposuctioned.

Gynecomastia can happen for instance from liver disease, or it can also occur as a normal part of adolesence. In the case of adolesence a male usually will outgrow them with age. In some cases the problem is so bad and the teasing is so bad a male will undergo breast reduction surgery. Gynecomastia can also occur from different drugs, including some OTC heartburn drugs, or from hormone therapy if a male is undergoing a future sex change operation.
