You know those square glasses with the big black rims? I like those. Only problem is that I don't have bad eyesight. I have had 20/20 vision for all 17 years of my life. So are glasses like that out of the question?

No, of course not.

I've seen those kinds of glasses at Hot Topic. They doubled as clear sunglasses, I think. They were only 15 dollars too. :D

Oh yeah I know the kind, they issue them in the military for basic training. I don't see why you couldn't find a pair at a thrift shop or even like a vintage clothing store and have dumby lenses placed in them, or they may even already have dumby lenses put in. I don't see why that wouldn't work. Though if you find the horn-rimmed glasses with lenses in, I would take them to an Optometrist to double check that they aren't a prescription pair! Good luck, I'd give you mine if I hadn't burned them after finishing Basic!

I like those glasses too! But u shouldnt get them because u like them and plus, you have good vision, dont try to ruin your visiosn for those glasses. Later on, if u do, you'll proably regret it

Get cheapies and punch out the lenses. Wear them that way and start a new fad. (You can even paint the rims w/ nail polish or glue stuff on for greater effect). Rok it!

(That is, if you can't find ones with non-perscrip lenses, obviously)

Well you could try to get reading glasses or sunglasses with almost-clear shades...some of them are like that and look almost like regular glasses. Or you could ruin your eyes...which is not a smart choice...but you could lol

they are no longer rather meant to be 'emo' i do no longer think of. in actuality they're intentionally no longer popular. only go searching your community opticians, they probable have some fairly previous looking pairs of spectacles. only get previous ones or thick ones.

Sort of.... You could always punch out the lenses of the glasses. Or deliberately ruin your eyes.

How about emo sunglasses? All the emoness of their clear-lensed counterparts, plus they shield your sensitive emo eyes from the harsh light of day.

maybe you could get reading glasses so they aren't so strong. you could probably find them at a store and not just an eye doctor.
