I am working with LOGITECH ball mouse. The mouse is in very good condition. The ball and rollers are very clean. No dust, dirt or rashes are there. I want to no (1) what type of problem is this, hardware or software. (2) If it is not any hardware problem, Is it a system setting problem or any virus/trojan/worm problem?

Are you using a laptop? Sometimes pressure near the touchpad can cause the mouse to move all over. Try adjusting the sensitivity of the touchpad in the Control Panel / Mouse.

Never had this problem with a mouse and photoshop, but I did have an irq conflict between the modem and the mouse a long time ago that made the mouse bounce all over.

Check for conflicts in your device manager ...who knows may be a simple setting.

its a software and hardeware problem, what you need to do is use adaware and its a free program which you can find at download.com and also while your there get avg they are both really well and use a clean up test. Then go to http://www.phazeddl.com/ and search for tuneup utilities and download that program and run a full test, that way your computer will run faster, and be free of all problems if you need more help just ask me on messenger
