Mr. freeze batman, i'll never forget that episode when he was getting back at the ppl who turned him into Mr. Freeze they told him,
"There might be some momentary discomfort." before they did the surgery.
he told them, "There might be some momentary discomfort," right before he killed them. hahaha got to love it eh. nothing like Turning somebodies own words against them in such a terrifying way!

Joker is the most insanely terrifying (I have nightmares about him!) and Harley Quinn is the hottest! (I have, ahem, dreams of another variety about her. Perhaps that’s why I have those nightmares about the Joker…?)

Lex Luthor...He just never gives up trying to destroy Superman no matter how many times he's defeated.
I also love Magneto !!!! he trys and never gives up on his dream to make mutants superior race.
