What version of Windows is it?
Have you tried just leaving the administrator password field blank?
Otherwise just try this:

It resets the windows XP password... very easy process.

If using XP you're up the creek unless you made a password recovery CD. If using ME, get into any desktop and search *pwl and delete it. You'll able to sign on. The security fawl in ME

A you will have to get a IT Technician to look at it otherwise your out of luck.
