Regardless of the warranty. The Honda will outlast the Hyundai and the value will stay equal with a car payment, you will be down at least 5k within 2 months of owning the Hyundai. Be careful when you buy a car they may be pretty, but you need to look into what is better and holds the value, you never know when you will have to trade the car in.

As having owned a Honda Accord/Civic and Hyundai Elantra / Sonata Hyundai makes Honda a joke! It s has better fuel economy and a better warranty. In this day and age where our money has to go farther the best choice is Hyundai. To be fair Honda isn t junk but they need to step up their game some more. They have slipped from the #1 spot and Toyota is creeping up too.

I almost laughed out loud when I first read your question. It sure is confusing sometimes when purchasing a car. Sure hyundai offers a great warranty and lower interest rataes if you are financing it. BUT, in 5 years what will your Hyundai be worth?? Just pick up a copy of the auto trader and see how quickly hyundais depreciate....... A honda, on the other hand does not need to throw a sells pitch into their gimmick.. Their automoblies have proven themselves ten times over.. and they hold their value.. No contest. buy the honda,,, research a bit and youwill know where I am coming from

Hyundai lately have been making solid reliable automobiles comparable to the more established Honda. Hyundai is more economical to buy and offers a better warranty. I've had both and I can say they are both reliable cars. But I choose Hyundai over Honda because of the price and better warranty. Hyundai is like the 6th largest auto maker in the world and they are getting bigger and better every year.

HONDA - They last alot longer in the long run. The parts are cheap but the material is good. Honda's have a good reputation for its longevity.
Plus (some) Hyundai parts and frames are made with plastic. That's why their cars are a little cheaper.
That's why you see more Honda's on the road (going back to 91' Honda's) more then anything else. At least here in New England anyways.

Honda. The only reason why the Hyundai has a good warranty is cuz their cars are crappy!!!
Honda are the best type of car on the market. They don't need a warranty cuz they last so freakin long!!

Honda's are the best and I'm sure that the warranty is also. I know someone with a 1985 honda accord and it's still going. I would suggest buying the car that runs the best over best warranty.
