in georgia what is a LOW bid on a new construction house. we figured $1.55 to $ 1.85 per sq. foot. anyone have suggestions. that is with homeowners furnishing materials.

compare to others. Try your price, the worst that can happen is that you work hard and make little money. then you raise prices for the next job. if nobody hires you, you'rre charging too much.....
