if you're thinking of buying an ipod you should out this site first. they give you an ipod nano for FREE! all you need to do is complete a few quick tasks for them.

Most likely you will have to buy a new one. The warranty that comes with the iPod does not cover loss. Sorry to hear!

I will not care because I know I can get another one. Which is what happened when my iPod got stolen I really didn't care.

you probable want to reset it. carry down the menu key (proper area of the circle), and the middle button till the apple seems (it in many cases takes about 15-30 seconds). you should plug it into an outlet afterwards
