Why the heck would you want to put a tampon in at all, let alone if you have a problem with touching your own vagina?
If you are afraid to touch yourself then you need to talk to your doctor and ask about counseling to find out what the problem is that stops you from touching that part of your own body.

Why do you have a phobia about that? If you cannot use a tampon because of it, then I guess you'll have to switch to a pad. They aren't fun, but I suppose if you do not like touching yourself, its an answer for right now

the best way to get to know your body is if you explore it...there is nothing wrong with it...you need to learn what you have...i was about 13 when i first did...its life...everyone does it even though it may not seem that way...your gonna have to do it sometime...whats the difference in putting a tampon in and wiping after going to the bathroom?

My advice? It's your body. If YOU don't have the right to touch it (anywhere), then who does?

How old are u? like 12? anywayz.....u don't have to push your whole hand up your vagina....just use the plastic part of the tampon to help u push it up your vagina....if you don't wanna do that...then do us all a favor and shut up
